We're Jon and Danielle, your hosts at Chalet Danielle, The Tarentaise Chalet Company.

Originally from Cornwall, we've always been passionate about the outdoors, adventure, and creating memorable experiences for guests. After five fantastic years running La Jariette – our holiday business and vineyard located south of the Loire Valley – we decided to follow our love for the mountains and relocate to the beautiful Tarentaise Valley.

At La Jariette, we hosted guests from all over the world, providing a mix of bed and breakfast and fully catered holidays that combined great homecooked food, warm hospitality, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was there that we honed our skills in hosting, catering, and creating a welcoming atmosphere — experiences that we now bring to our chalet here in Séez.

We're both keen cyclists, snow lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Living in the mountains is a dream come true for us, and we're excited to share that passion with you. Whether you're here for the skiing, cycling, hiking, or simply to relax and soak in the stunning scenery, we're dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
